Intermediate Course

For dogs with the basics. Adds distance, distractions, and real-world control in busier places.

Service Dog Training
Tailored program

Our Service Dog Preparation Program prepares your dog for confident, reliable behaviour in public through comprehensive Public Access Training (PAT) — in real-world environments, including airline cabin travel when appropriate.

Every service dog team has unique needs. If your dog requires specialised task training or accommodations related to your disability, your trainer will tailor the program to your specific medical and lifestyle requirements.
Good to Know
Each course is 5 weekly lessons, about 1 hour each — $600 total (from $120 per lesson). 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule; 15-minute grace for late arrivals; missed or late-cancelled lessons count as a lesson. A $40 travel fee per lesson may apply for in-home lessons. Taxes extra.
Bring up-to-date vaccinations, a fitted collar, and a 4–6 ft leash (no retractable leashes) — and practise daily between lessons. Not sure which level fits? It’s decided case-by-case in your consultation.
